Great new look !

If you want that “accident while spraying your car” look then this is for you ! I bet the model thought she was on a hidden camera show when she was told what they wanted her to do. “stand still love while we spray you in the face with a pink aerosol” … Sorry ?

Vending machines around every corner

Today, Thursday, it rained – it should be the only rainy day according to the weather forecast. It didn’t stop us from getting out and about as we decided to explore the many underground passageways under Shinjuku and its train station (the world’s busiest I read online) around the corner from our flat. There are kilometers of wide and well-lit tunnels with many shops and restaurants. There are many vending machines also which can be found on every street in Tokyo.

It’s only once I took the picture that I looked a bit closer at the advert on it. Couldn’t make head or tail of it 😉

Japan is not for technophobes

I suppose it is made even worse by the fact that we can’t read japanese characters. The pics below are of all the different electronic displays in our studio apartment in Tokyo. The owner has kindly labelled them in English luckily enough. We were even able to use the washing machine this morning and all our clothes have dried already due to the electronic heat/ventilation system which we managed to work out also due to friendly english labels.
